Avocado and Prawns


  • 1 avocado
  • 2 handfuls of prawns, peeled
  • 1 tbsp mayo
  • 1/2 tsp vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • Freshly ground Black Pepper




    • Make the sauce by combining the mayo, vinegar, sugar and pepper

      • Stir in the prawns
      • Cut the avocado in half and remove the stone.
      • lice a little off the bottom of each avocado so that they sit on the plate
      • Fill the holes in the avocados with the prawns and sauce mixture
