Saut? olives


  • 500g olives, drained, rinsed and dried
  • 3 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 5-7 sage leaves, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon sea salt
  • 1 red chilli, minced


  1. In a saucepan, warm the olive oil, it should not be too hot. 

    Add the olives and sauté for about 4-5 minutes, just until they are heated through. 

    Add the sage and salt and stir. 
    Then add the chilli. 

    Serve warm or at room temperature.
