A crash of two cars in FV-2, at kilometer 40 (Morro Jable, Pájara municipality) left three injured on Thursday, one critic (a 65-year-old man) and two (a man and a woman ) injured but of a less serious nature.
At 19:14 hours, the Canary Islands Government's Emergency and Security Coordinating Center (CECOES) 1-1-2 received several alerts informing that there had been a frontal collision between two cars on the aforementioned road and that there were several Injured persons of different consideration.
The 1-1-2 immediately activated the necessary emergency resources. The SUC staff evaluated and assisted the wounded by moving the most serious of them in a medicalized ambulance to the General Hospital of Fuerteventura and the other two in an ambulance of basic life support to the same hospital center.
Pájara firefighters released the most serious wounded as they were was trapped inside the vehicle and secured vehicles. For its part, the Civil Guard regulated the traffic and instructed the corresponding procedures
